The Company is the sole general partner and owns 47.7% of ONEOK Partners, L.P. ONEOK Partners is engaged in gathering, processing, storage and transportation of natural gas in the United States. The Company has four business segments: ONEOK Partners, Distribution, Energy Services and Other.
