TrialMaster uses Internet technologies to conduct and manage clinical trial data from geographically dispersed sites. The Company provide eClinical solutions and related services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, medical device companies, clinical research organizations (CROs), academic research institutions and other clinical trial sponsors. In June 2009, the Company acquired the EDC business of eResearchTechnology, Inc.
