OMNI Energy Services Corp. (OMNI) is an integrated oilfield service company. The Company specializes in providing a range of onshore seismic drilling, operational support, permitting, and survey services; dock-side and offshore hazardous and non-hazardous oilfield waste management and environmental cleaning services, including tank and vessel cleaning and safe vessel entry; drilling fluid transportation and disposal services; oilfield equipment rental, for oil and gas companies operating in the Gulf of Mexico, the Rocky Mountain Region and prolific shale regions in the South Central United States, and other specialized services, such as metal stress relieving, environmental pit cleaning and wellhead preheating and installation. During the year ended December 31, 2008, OMNI operated in five business divisions: Seismic Services, Environmental Services, Equipment Leasing, Fluid and Transportation Services and Other Services.
