Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index Tracking Stock (the Fund) is an exchange-traded fund of Fidelity Commonwealth Trust (the Trust). The Fund seeks to provide investment returns that closely correspond to the price and yield performance of the Nasdaq Composite Index. It normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks included in the Nasdaq Composite Index. The Fund invests in sectors, such as consumer discretionary, consumer staples, energy, financials, healthcare, industrials, information technology, materials, telecommunication services and utilities. The Fund is managed by Geode Capital Management, LLC.
