Open Range Energy Corp. (Open Range) is engaged in the exploration, development and acquisition of oil and natural gas in the Deep Basin area of west central Alberta. Open Range focuses on exploration and development drilling at Ansell/Sundance area. The Company’s properties include Ansell/Sundance, the Rough deep foothills, Ferrier, Garrington and Big Bend. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company drilled 16 wells at Ansell/Sundance. It constructed a 20 million cubic feet (mmcf) per day gas plant at Ansell/Sundance.
