DNO International ASA, formerly DNO ASA, is a Norway-based company active within the oil and gas industry. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of oil and natural gas properties. Its license portfolio is principally located in three regions, including Middle East, Africa and Northern Europe. DNO International ASA operates exploration licenses and producing assets in Yemen, the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Mozambique, Equatorial Guinea and the United Kingdom. The Company’s interest on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) is operated through the investment in the associated exploration and production company, Det norske oljeselskap ASA, in which it holds a 25% stake. DNO International ASA operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries, including DNO Yemen AS, DNO UK Ltd, DNO Iraq AS and DNO Invest AS, as well as through a number of associated companies.
