American Exploration Corp., formerly Minhas Energy Consultants, Inc., is a natural resource exploration and production company engaged in the exploration, acquisition and development of oil and gas properties in the United States and within North America. On August 6, 2008, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary. The Company focuses on the acquisition of a 75% interest in certain leases located in the offshore region of the Gulf Coast of the United States. As of December 31, 2008, the Company was in exploration stage and had not generated any revenues.
