Debut Broadcasting Corporation, Inc. (Debut) produces and distributes syndicated radio programs to radio stations across the United States and Canada. In addition, the Company owns and operates five radio stations in Mississippi. The Company maintains radio syndication in Nashville and produces and distributes 14 radio programs, which are broadcasted over approximately 1,400 radio station affiliates. In addition to its syndication services, the Company owns and operates a multi-media studio with audio, video and online content production capabilities. The Company also provides marketing, consulting and media buying (advertising) for its radio broadcast station customers in the United States. The Company’s business operations are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiaries, The Marketing Group, Inc. and Debut Broadcasting Mississippi, Inc. On August 27, 2008, the Company acquired a radio broadcast station from Holladay Broadcasting of Louisiana, LLC, identified as WBBV FM 101.3 MHz.
