Goldsands Development Company (Goldsands Development), formerly Constitution Mining Corp., is an exploration-stage company. The Company focuses on the examination and investigation of land. Its property interests located in Peru are in the exploration stage. On March 31, 2011, the Company merged with Goldsands Development Company. Effective January 25, 2010, the Company acquired three separate options from Temasek Investments Inc. (Temasek), each providing for the acquisition of an approximately 33% interest in certain mineral rights. Effective September 29, 2008, the Company entered into a Mineral Right Option Agreement with Temasek, in order to acquire four separate options from Temasek, each providing for the acquisition of a 25% interest in certain mineral rights (the Mineral Rights) in certain properties in Peru. On April 23, 2010, it acquired 100% interest in the Mineral Rights.
