It is engaged in the creation, design, distribution, and sale of retail and Web products. OmniReliant build brands through domestic and international direct marketing channels, Web and licensing agreements. The products are also sold through Websites operated by the shopping networks that agree to carry the products. The Company operates in two business segments: retail products and licensing, and real estate. The Company’s subsidiaries include OmniReliant Corporation, OmniResponse Corporation and OmniComm Studios LLC. On August 27, 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Abazias, Inc. (Abazias).
