Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Limited (Brilliance China) is an investment holding company. The Company operates in three business segments: the manufacture and sale of minibuses and automotive components; the manufacture and sale of Zhonghua sedans, and the manufacture and sale of BMW sedans. Its commercial vehicle brands include JinBei and Granse minibuses and its sedan brand includes Zhonghua. It is also engaged in the manufacture of gasoline engines for use in minibuses, sedans, sports utility vehicle and light trucks and automotive components, including but not limited to window moldings, strips, axles, stamped parts. The Company through its 51 % owned subsidiary, Shenyang Automotive manufactures and sells all of its minibuses under the JinBei and Granse brand name in a variety of models. Brilliance China, through its 51 % owned subsidiary, Shenyang Automotive manufactures and sells all of its sedans under the Zhonghua, Zunchi, Junjie and Kubao (coupe) brand name in China.
