The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries consist of the design, manufacture and distribution of digitized sound and video boards, computers and related multimedia, and personal digital entertainment products. The Company�s subsidiaries include Creative Labs, Inc., Creative Labs (Ireland) Ltd, Creative Technology Centre Pte Ltd, Qmax Pte Ltd and subsidiary companies, Creative Technology (Qingdao) Ltd, CTI Limited and CTI II Limited. In June 2010, the Company divested its entire interest in an associated company, Wireless Audio IP BV, a fabless audio chip vendor. In July 2012, the Company sold its interest in Grandeye Limited, a 51% owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom.
