Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), incorporated in March 1965, provides service and information technology solutions to meet the business needs of financial institutions in both a service bureau and in-house environment. In addition to core processing, CSI’s integrated banking solutions include check imaging, cash management, branch and merchant capture, Internet banking, corporate intranets, secure Web hosting, e-messaging, teller and platform services, automated teller machine (ATM) and debit card service and support, risk assessment, network management, and compliance software and services for regulatory compliance, homeland security and fraud prevention. On March 31, 2008, the Company acquired additional ownership in Heartland Communications Internet Services, Inc. (Heartland), bringing its ownership interest to 72%. As of June 1, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of the remaining minority interests in Heartland. In October 2009, the Company acquired Myriad Systems, Inc.
