The Company’s character group Kooties has a name that has been in American pop culture for over 50 years; all of its sports characters have names, which are recognized slang terms for positions, moves and plays; its computing and Internet characters have names, which are familiar to any computer user. In December 2007, the Company acquired a Wellness & Treatment Spa Company with two locations in London, England, and Vancouver, Canada.
