Global Environmental Energy Corp. (GLOBAL) is an integrated energy company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, has interests in oil and gas exploration and production, alternative energy sources, environmental infrastructure, and electrical micro-power generation. The Company’s business segments include the commercialization of the Biosphere Process System, and the acquisition and development for sale of oil and gas reserves and other energy-related products. The Company’s Biosphere Process System is a technology to which the Company holds a license, and with which the Company promotes the use of sustainable and renewable energy sources. Global Environmental Energy Corp (Delaware) is the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. The Company also has an interest of 85% in Biosphere Development Corp (Bahamas) and Sahara Petroleum Exploration Corp (Bahamas).
