Subaye, Inc, formerly MyStarU.com, Inc., is a fully integrated information and entertainment service provider to the business, Internet, and consumer markets in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The Company has five business segments: investments in entertainment arts productions, online membership services software sales, importing and exporting of goods, and media and marketing management. In November 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Subaye.com, Inc., resulting in it becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
