Pervasip Corp. (Pervasip) is a provider of local, long distance and international voice telephone services. The Company provides these services using its Linux-based, open-source softswitch that utilizes an Internet protocol (IP) telephony product. VoX Communications Corp. (VoX) is the Company’s wholly owned IP subsidiary. The Company provides its IP telephone services primarily on a wholesale basis to other service providers, such as cable operators, Internet service providers, wireless fidelity and fixed wireless broadband providers, data integrators, value-added resellers, and satellite broadband providers. The Company’s technology enables these carriers to offer broadband telephone services, with order flow management for billing and support services, and user interfaces. The Company’s major customer accounted for 32% of its revenues during the fiscal year ended November 2008.
