The Company’s outstanding loans are primarily to borrowers in the limited service hospitality industry. In addition to loans originated by PMC Commercial, it also originates loans through its subsidiaries. The Company operates in Dallas, Texas and include originating, servicing and selling commercial loans. The Company’s wholly owned lending subsidiaries include First Western SBLC, Inc. (First Western), PMC Investment Corporation (PMCIC) and Western Financial Capital Corporation (Western Financial).
