Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc., formerly Arizona Land Income Corporation, is a real estate investment trust company. The Company owns manage, lease and acquire commercial real estate office properties located in Honolulu, Southern California, and the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. As of December 31, 2008, it owned whole interests in eight office properties and managing ownership interests in six joint ventures holding fifteen office properties, comprising approximately 4.3 million square feet of leasable area in Honolulu, Southern California and Phoenix metropolitan areas.
