(Perfumania), Quality King Fragrance, Inc. (QFG), Scents of Worth, Inc. (SOW) and Five Star Fragrance Company, Inc. (Five Star). The Company operates in two industry segments: wholesale distribution and specialty retail sales of designer fragrance and related products. The Company’s wholesale business is conducted through Quality King Fragrance, Inc. (QFG), which distributes designer fragrances to mass market retailers, drug and other chain stores, retail wholesale clubs, traditional wholesalers, and other distributors throughout the United States. On August 11, 2008, Perfumania Holdings, Inc. completed its acquisition of Model Reorg, Inc.
