PowerShares Dynamic Developed International Opportunities Portfolio (the Fund) is based on the QSG Developed International Opportunities Index (the Index). The Index seeks to identify global equities with potential for capital appreciation. The Index is constructed pursuant to Quantitative Services Group, LLC's methodology, which evaluates, ranks and sorts more than 10,000 global securities using a multi-factor model that is based on numerous measures of expected outperformance. The Index is rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually. The Fund’s investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
