Petrofac Limited is an international provider of facilities solutions to the oil and gas production and processing industry. Petrofac Limited is the holding company for the international group of Petrofac subsidiaries. The Company operates in three business segments: Engineering and Construction, Operations Services and Energy Developments. Engineering and Construction provides conceptual design, front-end engineering design, and engineering, procurement and construction of oil and gas plant and associated infrastructure. Operations Services operates in two business streams: Petrofac Facilities Management, which provides operational support, and Petrofac Training, which provides training for customers’ personnel. Energy Developments provide a platform through which the Company invests alongside its partners to develop upstream and energy infrastructure projects. On July 25, 2008, the Company acquired Eclipse Petroleum Technology Limited. On August 29, 2008, it acquired Caltec Limited.
