The Company has been involved in organizational and fund raising activities and the licensing, acquisition and further development of an electrical generator (EPG) technology from Space Globe Technologies Ltd. (Space Globe). Space Globe is engaged in developing technologies and concepts in the field of Alternative Energy Sources. Alternative Energy Sources are those, which are not supplied by the burning of fossil fuels or the splitting of atoms, including solar energy, wind power, geothermal, tides and hydro power. In May 2011, the Company acquired Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc. On March 2, 2012, the Company announced that its subsidiary Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc., acquired ARISE Technologies Corporation. In April 2012, its wholly owned subsidiary, Sunlogics Power, acquired Eco Energy Solutions Pty Limited.
