Sociedad Comercial del Plata SA, (SCP), is an Argentina-based holding company engaged, through its subsidiaries, in three business areas: Oil and Derivates, Entertainment and Other Activities. Oil and Derivatives comprises the activities related to the refinery, storage and transportation of oil, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Entertainment is involved in the operation of Parque de la Costa, an amusement park, and Casino de Tigre, a gambling hall. Other activities include such services as the bulk transportation and real estate developments Company ownes such subsidiaries as Combustibles del Ecuador SA (COMDEC SA), Del Plata Propiedades SA (DPP), Electrica del Plata SA, TDC Holdings SA, Parque de la Costa SA (PDC), Informatica Integrada SA, Terminal Bahia Blanca SA and Compania Inversora Ferroviaria SA, among others. In addition, Solfina SA is the Company�s major shareholder.
