It also makes direct investments as a principal in select global transactions. The Company�s subsidiary, WorldVest Finance Corporation (WV Financial) is an international banking and finance company. On June 26, 2009, the Company acquired the global merchant banking operations from WorldVest Equity, Inc. On June 18, 2009, the Company acquired the Global Banking & Advisory assets of WorldVest Equity, Inc. On February 19, 2010, WorldVest launched Hurricane Global Resources Corporation (Hurricane) as its platform development company (PDC) to serve as a worldwide natural resource trading, acquisition and project development company. In August 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Chile Inversiones de Minerales Ltd., a Chilean mineral investment and mining company (CIM).
