ShoLodge, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in residential developments, commercial construction, and management of a golf club and restaurant. Effective July 3, 2006, the Company acquired all of the ownership interests of various companies involved in the ownership and development of Fairvue, Foxland, Green/Little and Indian Ridge developments in Sumner County, Tennessee. The acquired companies were TLP Devco, LLC, TLP Development Corporation, TLP Investment Company, LLC, Foxland Development Corporation, FMP Investment, LLC and Blueridge Venture, LLC. The principal business of these companies is the acquisition of tracts of raw land for development into residential lots for sale to homebuilders and individuals. The Company operates Shoney's Inns & Suites. Shoney�s Inns & Suites is part of a family of brands that includes Settle Inn & Suites and GuestHouse International. On March 1, 2007, the Company sold its reservation services company, InnLink, LLC.
