N-Viro International Corporation owns and license various N-Viro processes and technologies to treat and recycle wastewater and other bio-organic wastes, utilizing certain alkaline and mineral by-products produced by the cement, lime, electrical generation and other industries. As of December 31, 2011, the N-Viro Process was commercially utilized for the recycling of wastewater sludge from municipal wastewater treatment facilities. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company operated two biosolids processing facilities located in Toledo, Ohio and Volusia County, Florida. These two facilities each produce the N-Viro SoilTM agricultural product. During 2011, the Company ceased operations at the Toledo facility.
