Del Monte Pacific Limited (Del Monte Pacific) is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in growing, processing, and selling canned and fresh pineapples, pineapple concentrate, tropical mixed fruit, tomato-based products, and certain other food products mainly under the brand names of Del Monte, Today�s and S&W. The Company operates in two segments: Asia Pacific, and Europe and North America. Asia Pacific segment includes processed products, which Includes manufacture and sale of tomato-based products, mixed fruits and pineapple solids in Asia Pacific, and beverages, which Includes manufacture and sale of juice drinks in Asia Pacific. The Europe and North America segment includes processed products that manufactures and sales of pineapple concentrate in Europe and North America. It has manufacturing facilities in Philippines, Singapore and India. On January 30, 2013, the Company launched Del Monte products.
