Source Petroleum Inc., formerly Red Sky Resources Inc., is an exploration-stage company engaged in the business of oil and gas exploration. The Company acquired 25 mineral claims in southwestern Alaska via staking. Its mineral claims consist of twenty-five quarter sections, which cover approximately 4,000 acres or 6.25 square miles. On September 6, 2006, the Company completed the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding common stock of Source Projects Inc.
