PowerShares Dynamic Building & Construction Portfolio (the Fund) is based on the Dynamic Building & Construction Intellidex Index (the Index). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield of that equity index. The Index evaluates companies based on a range of investment criteria, including fundamental growth, stock valuation, investment timeliness and risk factors. The Fund invests 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The investment advisor of the Fund is PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
