PMFG, Inc. (PMFG), is a provider of custom-engineered systems and products. The Company primarily serves the markets for power generation, natural gas infrastructure, and refining and petrochemical processing. It offers a range of separation and filtration products, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems, and other complementary products, including specialty heat exchangers, pulsation dampeners and silencers. The Company’s SCR systems convert oxides of nitrogen (NOx), into nitrogen and water, reducing air pollution. It has provided more than 720 SCR systems, primarily for electric power generation facilities that have more than 90,000 megawatts of electric power generation. Peerless Mfg. Co. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
