PLUS Markets Group PLC is a holding company for PLUS Markets plc and Kudosoption plc, a dormant company. PLUS Markets plc is engaged in the operation of the PLUS markets. It provides services to issuers and corporate advisers for the listing and admission to trading on PLUS on two types of market: trading services and market data services. PLUS operates a platform, on which the whole of the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) list comprising some 7,500 stocks can be traded and reported. These include all United Kingdom securities (excluding AIM) and European securities. PLUS supplies real-time prices and trading data, which supports the transparency and liquidity of the Company’s markets. Real-time regulated information feeds offer PLUS trading data.
