Primoris Services Corporation (Primoris) is a holding company of various subsidiaries, which form a diversified engineering and construction company providing a range of construction, fabrication, maintenance, replacement and engineering services to public utilities, petrochemical companies, energy companies, municipalities and other customers. Primoris installs, replaces, repairs and rehabilitates natural gas, refined product, water and wastewater pipeline systems, and also constructs mechanical facilities and other structures, including power plants, petrochemical facilities, refineries and parking structures. The Company provides services in two business segments: Construction Services and Engineering. On July 31, 2008, the Company completed a merger of Rhapsody Acquisition Corp. and Primoris Corporation (Former Primoris). In August 2009, the Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Primoris Renewables. In October 2009, the Company acquired Cravens Partners, Ltd.
