The Company�s principal business consists of attracting deposits from the general public in Windham County and New London County, Connecticut and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, primarily in one- to four-family residential mortgage loans and commercial real estate loans (including multi-family real estate loans), commercial loans, construction mortgage loans and consumer loans, and in investment securities. Its revenues are derived principally from interest on loans and securities, and from loan origination and servicing fees.
