PowerShares Global Listed Private Equity Portfolio (the Fund) is based on the Global Listed Private Equity Index (Index). The Fund focuses to invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities, which may include American depository receipts (ADRs) and global depository receipts (GDRs), which comprises the Index. The Index includes between 40 and 60 publicly listed private equity companies, including business development companies and other financial institutions or vehicles whose principal business is to invest in and lend capital to privately held companies. The Index is rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly. The Fund investments in consumer staple, financials, industrials, investment companies and investment trust. The Fund�s investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
