PowerShares Listed Private Equity Portfolio (the Fund) seeks investment results that generally correspond the Red Rocks Capital Listed Private Equity Index (the Index). The Index includes more than 30 United States publicly listed companies with direct investments in more than 1,000 private businesses. This gives investors diversified exposure to a range of growth- and value-oriented listed private equity companies in a single product. The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities, including American Depository (ADR), which comprises the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
