PowerShares Autonomic Growth NFA Global Asset Portfolio (Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of an index called the New Frontier Global Dynamic Growth Index (the Index). The Index is an index of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) consisting primarily of PowerShares ETFs. The ETFs included in the Index and their appropriate weights are chosen through New Frontier Advisors, LLC’s (the Index Provider) Resampled Efficiency optimization process. This process identifies a group of PowerShares ETFs that covers a combination of asset classes expected to maximize long-term returns for a given level of risk. It normally invests at least 90% of its total assets in securities of funds included in the Index. The Fund is a fund of funds, as it invests its assets in the securities of funds included in the Index, which includes underlying funds rather than individual securities. Its investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
