PowerShares Dynamic Networking Portfolio (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond to the equity index named the Dynamic Networking Intellidex Index (the Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks of networking companies. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index consists of stocks of 30 United States networking companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the development, manufacture, sale or distribution of products, services or technologies that support the flow of electronic information, including voice, data, images and commercial transactions. Stocks are selected principally on the basis of their capital appreciation potential as identified by New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Arca (the Index Provider). The Fund’s investment adviser is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
