Description

PowerShares Zacks Micro Cap Portfolio (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield of an equity index called the Zacks Micro Cap Index (Index). The Index is designed to identify a group of micro-cap stocks with the greatest potential to outperform passive benchmark micro-cap indexes and other actively managed United States micro-cap strategies. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Fund’s investment advisor is Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC.
