Description

Mobile Mini, Inc. (Mobile Mini) is a provider of portable storage solutions with a total portable storage and office fleet. It offers a range of portable storage products in varying lengths and widths with an assortment of differentiated features, such as patented locking systems, premium doors, electrical wiring and shelving. The Company has operations in North America, the United Kingdom and The Netherlands. In addition to its leasing business, it also sells new and used portable storage containers, security office units and mobile office units and provide delivery, installation and other ancillary products and services. In April 2014, Mobile Mini Inc completed the purchase of assets and operations of two portable storage providers located in North Dakota and North Carolina. In July 2014, Mobile Mini Inc acquired the assets and operations of two portable storage businesses with operations in Connecticut, Memphis, Tennessee and Dallas, Texas.
