DDR Corp. (DDR) is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust is engaged in acquiring, owning, developing, redeveloping, expanding, leasing and managing shopping centers. DDR also engages in the origination and acquisition of loans and debt securities, which are generally collateralized directly or indirectly by shopping centers. The Trust is an owner and manager of 415 shopping centers representing 118 million square feet. DDR�s tenant base includes national and regional retail chains and local retailers. The Trust�s shopping centers are designed for local area customers and are anchored by two or more national tenant anchors. The properties include discounters, warehouse clubs, dollar stores and specialty grocers as additional anchors or tenants. The tenants of the shopping centers offer day-to-day items. The Trust�s tenants include Walmart, Sam�s Club, Neighborhood Market, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and Homegoods, among others.
