Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. (Prestige) is a holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the marketing, sales and distribution of over-the-counter (OTC) Healthcare and Household Cleaning brands to mass merchandisers, drug stores, supermarkets, club and dollar stores primarily in the United States and Canada. The Company conducts its operations through two principal business segments: Over-the-Counter Healthcare and Household Cleaning. The Company’s portfolio of OTC products includes 14 core OTC brands. The Company’s portfolio of Household Cleaning brands includes the Chore Boy, Comet and Spic and Span brands. Chore Boy products include scrubbing pads and sponges.
