Description

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (DXP) is a products and services distributor company. The Company is engaged in the business of distributing maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) products, equipment and service to industrial customers. The Company is organized into three business segments, such as Service Centers, Supply Chain Services (SCS) and Innovative Pumping Solutions (IPS). The Service Centers segment provides MRO products, equipment and services. The Supply Chain Services segment manages all or part of a customer's supply chain, including warehouse and inventory management. Innovative Pumping Solutions segment provides fabrication and technical designs. At December 31, 2013 it operated from 172 locations in thirty-eight states in the U.S., nine provinces in Canada, and one state in Mexico, serving more than 50,000 customers engaged in a variety of industrial end markets.
