Q Investments Ltd. (Q Investments) is an investment holding company. The Company takes early equity and/or debt positions primarily in junior energy companies. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Cubix Acquisitionco Inc., Net Investments, RIS Resources (USA) Inc., Sextan Capital, Tyche Investments and Pleasant Shores Ventures Ltd. In December 2008, the Company ceased operations of Giant Energy Corp. In July 2008, the Company sold approximately 11.03% interest in XXL Energy Corp. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company disposed of its interest in PetroHunter Energy Corp.
