Quadra Mining Ltd. (Quadra) is a mining company that owns and operates the Robinson copper mine (Robinson Mine) near Ely, Nevada. In addition, the Company holds a 100% interest in the Carlota mine (Carlota), a copper operation in Arizona. Quadra also owns the Sierra Gorda project (Sierra Gorda), a late stage exploration property in northern Chile. It also has a 99% interest in the Malmbjerg molybdenum project in Greenland. The Robinson Mine produces copper concentrate and by product gold and some molybdenum. All of the Company’s revenue during the year ended December 31, 2008, was generated by the Robinson mine. In April 2009, the Company acquired Centenario Copper Corp.
