iShares FTSE NAREIT Residential Plus Capped Index Fund (the Fund), formerly iShares FTSE NAREIT Residential Index Fund, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the FTSE NAREIT All Residential Capped Index (the Index) (formerly the FTSE NAREIT Residential Index). The Index measures the performance of the residential, healthcare and self-storage real estate sectors of the United States equity market. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index.
