Roxmark Mines Limited is a junior integrated gold mining company. The Company carries out exploration and development programs on its gold and molybdenum properties in the Geraldton-Beardmore Greenstone Belt of Northern Ontario, Canada, located approximately 200 kilometers northeast of Thunder Bay and served by the Trans Canada Highway. The Company holds several properties in the Geraldton mining camp located in Northern Ontario. The properties are known as the Magnet Mine, Bankfield Mine, McLellan Joint Venture and Algoma Little Long Lac properties. The Geraldton properties are held as an interest in the Hardrock Project located in the heart of the Beardmore-Geraldton Greenstone Belt, a joint venture operated by Premier Gold Mines Limited. Additional resource properties are located in the Beardmore mining camp in Northern Ontario, which are the Northern Empire, the Sand River, the Leitch Gold Mine property, the East Leitch property and the Northern Empire West Extension property.
