Rosneft’ NK OAO operates numerous subsidiaries across Russia, which provide such services as oil and gas production and development, field survey and exploration, investment, petroleum refining, marketing and distribution, transshipment, and gas processing. The Company is a 75.16%-owned subsidiary of Rosneftegaz OAO.
