Rocky Mountain Liquor Inc. (RUM), formerly Humber Capital Corporation, is a Canada-based company. The Company’s sole investment is in Anderson’s Liquor Inc. Humber owns 100% of Andersons Liquor Inc. (Andersons), which owns and operates private liquor stores in that province. As of December 31, 2008, Andersons operated 19 retail liquor stores in Alberta, selling beer, wine, spirits, ready to drink products, as well as ancillary items, such as juice, ice, soft drinks and giftware. Humber completed its qualifying transaction on December 1, 2008.
