Revett Minerals Inc. (Revett Minerals) explores for, develops and operates base and precious metal mineral deposits. Its principal assets are Troy and Rock Creek. It owns approximately 69.8% interest in Revett Silver Company (Revett Silver), which in turn owns 100% of Rock Creek and Troy. Troy is a copper and silver mine located in northwestern Montana. Rock Creek is an exploration-stage copper and silver property also located in northwestern Montana. Revett Silver owns all of Troy and Rock Creek through two wholly owned Montana subsidiaries, Genesis, Inc. and RC Resources Inc., respectively.
