iShares S&P Global Consumer Discretionary Sector Index Fund (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P Global Consumer Discretionary Sector Index (the Index). The Index is a subset of the S&P Global 1200 Index, and measures the performance of companies that S&P deems to be part of the consumer discretionary sector of the economy. Component companies include consumer product manufacturing, service, media and retail companies. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index.
